Technology developed:

  1. Identified and registered the chickpea advanced breeding line IPC 2010-121 resistant to Race-2 of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. ciceris and deposited in NBPGR, New Delhi
  2. As a co-developer of chickpea cultivars IPC 2007-28 (Atal), IPC 2010-134(Shiva) and IPCK 2013-163 (Madhav)
  3. Two Common Bean génotypes viz., IC360831, IC340947 résistant to Bean common mosaic virus has been registered withICAR- NBPGR, New Delhi
  4. Developed the Controlled Environmental Facility (CEF) for screening of chickpea germplasms against Ascochyta rabiei and Botrytis gray mold diseases
  5. Identified the 12 resistant genotypes against Ascochyta rabiei, Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.ciceris and Botrytis cinerea
