To commemorate the adoption of the constitution of India, the Constitution Day (Samvidhan Divas) was celebrated at ICAR-IIHR, Bengaluru, on 26th November by reading “Preamble” to the constitution in presence of Dr M.R. Dinesh, Director and the staff members of the institute.
