As per the D.O. No.PPS/DDG(HS)/2023/165 dtd 7th March, 2023 and F.No.IIHR/PMEC/13.1 /2023 / 6190-6192 dated 10th March, 2023, the Director, PME and the committee constituted for celebration of International Millet Year, 2023 at ICAR-IIHR had facilitated and ensured the successful organization of inauguration function of International conference on ‘Enhancing productivity and value addition in millets’ at ICAR-IIHR on 18th March, 2023.
The participation of farmers, students, institute staff and other stakeholders was ensured and about 75 number of farmers, 23 PG students and 57 scientists participated in the function held in auditorium of ICAR-IIHR. Most of other institute staff attended the event by watching the webcasting live in PM webcasting site.
